For this event, our goal was to go beyond entertainment—we aimed to make the booth feel like a cohesive part of the environment.

We brought in our Classic Print Photo Booth with a sleek white backdrop that served as the perfect canvas for a bold, branded print layout. Our team worked closely with the planner, the amazing Jessica Baker of Jessica Baker Creative, to ensure every visual detail was in harmony with the rest of the event.

From the print designs to the booth interface, every piece was touched by thoughtful branding:

The photo strip layouts featured the official event logo, which also appeared on signage and decor throughout the venue
Guests could choose from multiple layout options, allowing for variety while keeping everything on-theme
Even the photo booth screen and button design was fully custom—each icon for Photo, GIF, Boomerang, and Gallery matched the event’s colours and aesthetic

This wasn’t just a booth tucked into a corner—it became an extension of the celebration, both visually and experientially.

Prints in Hand, Galleries on Demand

One of the most-loved features of the night was the dual delivery format. Guests received instant high-quality prints they could take home as souvenirs, and also had the option to send their photo or GIF digitally via email or text.

This was especially popular with teens and parents alike—teens loved the digital sharing, while families appreciated the polished printouts. Guests came back for second, third, and even fourth visits. And the guest of honour? He and his friends practically lived in the booth—creating an album of memories that will last long after the night ended.

Multiple chef-driven food stations, including:

And a fully custom chocolate bar experience, where guests selected their ingredients via QR code and picked up their finished bar before leaving
