They wanted every touchpoint of the evening to feel like Arizona, the landscapes, the culture, the energy of the American Southwest. That's exactly what we delivered.

Here's a look at how we built a fully branded photo booth experience for their event at Stratus in downtown Toronto, and why it worked.

The Event

Arizona Office of Tourism hosted an intimate gathering of approximately 80 travel agents at Stratus, one of downtown Toronto's most distinctive event venues. The goal was simple but specific: immerse Toronto-based travel agents in the Arizona brand so they'd be inspired to send their clients there.

The evening featured Arizona-themed cocktails, destination presentations, and of course, a photo booth experience that brought it all together. Every element of the night was designed to make guests feel like they'd already arrived in Arizona before ever booking a flight.

The Full Brand Experience

Custom Arizona Backdrop

The backdrop was provided by Arizona Office of Tourism, a fully branded step-and-repeat featuring their visual identity. It set the scene the moment guests walked up to the booth and ensured every photo looked intentional, not improvised.

We produced a full set of custom props designed specifically for this activation. The lineup included Route 66 signs, saguaro cactus cutouts, #VisitArizona hashtag boards, Arizona wordmark props in both the official teal and a metallic finish, and character props inspired by the Cars franchise, a nod to Radiator Springs and the Route 66 road trip experience that Arizona is famous for.

Every prop was intentional. Nothing was generic. Guests weren't reaching into a bin of stock photo booth props, they were picking up pieces of the Arizona story.

Branded Start Screen

The first thing guests saw when they approached the booth was a custom-designed start screen featuring Visit Arizona branding. Before a single photo was taken, the brand was already front and center.

Custom Print Template

Every print that came out of the booth featured a custom Visit Arizona layout, branded borders, the official logo, and design elements that matched the event's visual identity. Guests walked away with a physical keepsake that doubled as a piece of Arizona marketing material.

120 photos were taken across the evening. That's 120 branded prints, each one a tangible reminder of the Arizona experience, in the hands of Toronto travel agents.

Branded Digital Sharing

The digital experience was equally branded. When guests received their photos via text or email, the delivery was customized with Visit Arizona branding, not a generic notification from a photo booth company. The brand experience didn't stop when guests walked away from the booth.
