Lights, Camera, Rotman: Our Magazine Booth at the ROM
The Royal Ontario Museum set the stage for an unforgettable night as Rotman alumni, faculty, and guests gathered for the Reunite Social, a formal evening celebrating 10 years of connection, growth, and community. Adding to the evening's elevated energy was our Magazine Booth, styled specifically for the event and customized to look like an issue of Rotman Management.
From the moment doors opened, the Magazine Booth became a centerpiece of the night. Guests were dressed to impress, and the booth gave them a chance to feel like true cover stars. Featuring a custom-designed magazine template with the official Rotman logo, each photo print and digital share looked like an editorial spread pulled straight from a real publication.
The Setup: Editorial Meets Experience
We positioned the booth in a spacious open. While it was slightly off to the side, this worked to our advantage, the line grew long fast, and the open layout kept it flowing smoothly. Our on-site team managed the flow while helping guests strike poses worthy of a glossy magazine.

Custom Branding: Every image was wrapped in a Rotman-branded layout featuring personalized event headlines. From "The Reunite Issue" to award teasers, the overlay celebrated the spirit of the evening.
